There's a real difference when you bring your car to us for service. You will notice it the instant you drive away. The engine will purr more smoothly and the car will steer more gracefully. All the power your car had when you first bought it will be there once again.
We work on your car differently than other service centers. We do things even the dealers don't do. For one thing, we pay our employees differently. At other places the mechanics are paid piecemeal. This is, they are paid for a procedure; just like you are charged for a procedure. So the sooner the mechanic gets the job done, the sooner he can move on to the next car and earn more money. That's not our attitude at K & S. We pay our mechanics a good wage, plus overtime and benefits. We encourage communication among our team members to help solve problems. And we work on a car until the job is done right. Completely right!
A great deal of our skill is in our ability to find the real problem and fix it, instead of fixing one thing, then another thing until you've bought so many new parts and paid for so much labor that you're ready to junk your car. Because we're specialists, we fix your car the right way, the most efficient way, every time.
And because we want you coming back, we do a few extra things every time you bring us your car. We always check over your car thoroughly for safety and maintenance needs. Your car's long term health and your safety are important to us.
